Kim Kardashian is catching some heat for her awkward snub of veteran reporter Martin Brundle at the Monaco Grand Prix.

Kim Kardashian’s appearance at the Monaco Grand Prix turned messy fast and not because of anything on the track. Just minutes before the race kicked off, Kim standing out on the starting grid to support her boyfriend, Ferrari driver Lewis Hamilton brushed off seasoned Sky Sports presenter Martin Brundle during his live pre-race walk. The snub, icy and unmistakable, went viral almost instantly, with fans calling Kim “classless” and slamming her for what they saw as pure arrogance. Martin Brundle’s grid walks are a staple for F1 fans. He weaves through celebrities and drivers, squeezing in quick chats before the engines roar. This time, he spotted Kim alongside her sister Khloe and their friend Simon Huck. He approached, mic in hand, did his usual friendly intro “Kim, Martin Brundle from Sky F1, how are you today?” and asked if she was enjoying the event. Instead of responding, Kim shot a short smile, gave a fleeting glance, and then just turned away. Silence. She leaned in to her securi...

The first official trailer for the much-anticipated Street Fighter movie has finally arrived, and it’s already creating quite a buzz in the entertainment scene. This long-awaited adaptation of the beloved video game features an unexpected lineup of Hollywood stars, including Noah Centineo, Jason Momoa, and 50 Cent, all coming together for a high-octane reimagining of the classic fighting franchise. Set to hit theaters in October 2026, it’s already being hailed as one of the most significant video game movie projects in recent memory. Released by Paramount Pictures, the trailer gives fans a glimpse into a darker, more cinematic take on the Street Fighter universe, mixing thrilling martial arts action with a gripping tale of rivalry, betrayal, and survival. The early footage showcases iconic characters from the game, brought to life with cutting-edge visual effects and a more grounded storyline set in the early 1990s.

For years, Street Fighter has remained one of the most iconic video game franchises in history, but its previous attempts at live-action films have struggled to impress critics and fans. The 1994 version starring Jean-Claude Van Damme became a cult classic, while later adaptations failed to capture the spirit of the game.

This new reboot, however, is backed by major studios Legendary Entertainment and Capcom, signaling a stronger push to finally deliver a faithful and modern cinematic experience. The project has been in development since 2023, going through casting changes and production delays before finally wrapping filming in late 2025.

Directed by Kitao Sakurai, the movie aims to reset the franchise for a new generation of audiences while staying closer to the original arcade storylines that fans remember.

According to the newly released trailer and production details, the film centers on the legendary fighters Ryu and Ken Masters, played by Andrew Koji and Noah Centineo. The story follows their forced return to the brutal World Warrior Tournament, where they are drawn into a dangerous conspiracy that threatens everything they know.

Jason Momoa appears as Blanka, bringing raw physical intensity to the role, while Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson steps into the character of Balrog. Other major cast members include Callina Liang as Chun-Li and a lineup of well-known performers from both Hollywood and wrestling backgrounds, adding to the film’s global appeal.

The trailer showcases fast-paced fight choreography, explosive special effects, and nostalgic references to the original arcade game, including signature moves like Hadokens and spinning kicks. The visual style blends modern action filmmaking with retro gaming elements, aiming to satisfy both longtime fans and new viewers.

Social media reaction to the trailer has been immediate and intense. Within hours of release, clips from the trailer were trending across platforms, with fans praising the casting choices and action sequences. Many viewers expressed surprise at Jason Momoa’s transformation into Blanka, while others highlighted Noah Centineo’s role as Ken as a standout.

Some fans are cautiously optimistic, pointing out that previous Street Fighter films did not meet expectations. However, early impressions suggest that this version may finally do justice to the beloved franchise. The combination of recognizable stars and faithful character designs has helped generate strong curiosity online.

Video game adaptations are all the rage in Hollywood these days, with studios pouring resources into beloved gaming franchises. Street Fighter is particularly noteworthy due to its rich history and massive global following, making it a project that’s both risky and potentially rewarding.

If this film hits the mark, it could redefine how we see video games transformed into live-action films. It’s a testament to the rising impact of gaming culture in mainstream cinema, where franchises like Street Fighter are no longer just niche interests but are now major players in the blockbuster arena.

With the trailer now making waves, all eyes are on the marketing strategies and how they engage fans as we gear up for the film's release in October 2026. Expect more character reveals, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and extended trailers to roll out in the months ahead.

Industry experts will be keenly observing whether the film can keep the momentum going. A successful box office run could pave the way for sequels and even a broader Street Fighter cinematic universe.

For now, the trailer has done its job brilliantly: it’s grabbed attention, ignited discussions, and rekindled excitement for one of gaming’s most iconic franchises.
